Dilara Ünal
Founder, Lookup HR
Lookup was founded in 2019 by Dilara Ünal, after a career spent inside Turkey's technology and gaming industry rather than observing it from the outside.
Her background is at Peak and Trendyol — two companies that grew into Turkish unicorns, and two of the most demanding hiring environments in the country. That is where Lookup's approach comes from: not a theory about talent, but what it actually takes to staff engineering and product teams while a company is doubling.
